Based in Portland, Oregon, artist Renée Staeck (she/they) creates ink drawings and gouache paintings that explore connections between humanity and the natural world. Her art includes vignettes, portraits, and abstract compositions inspired by the veil between the ordinary and enigmatic, inviting viewers to reflect on these relationships.

Over the last decade you may have run into Renée and her work at an event in the Pacific Northwest, such as the Portland Flea, Portland Night Market, Crafty Wonderland, Renegade Craft Fair, Urban Craft Uprising, etc. You can also find Renée's prints in independent shops along the West Coast and across the US.
